The Topeka Fire Department continues to investigate a fire that engulfed a home late Tuesday night.
Firefighters were called to the house at 2500 James Court at about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday.
The crews had to fight the flames from outside because the floors were not safe enough inside. They fought the blaze for ninety minutes before getting it under control.
The residents were not in the house at the time of the fire. No injuries were reported.
About $120,000 damage was caused by the blaze.
