Kansas Ranked Among Worst Energy Efficient States

An energy conservation group says Kansas is among the nation's worst states when it comes to saving energy. The 2008 rating by the American Council for an energy-efficient economy ranks Kansas 38th. The group considers building codes, transportation systems, efficiency incentives and other factors.
