LAS VEGAS - The judge in the O.J. Simpson armed robbery-kidnapping case says she will release redacted versions of completed juror questionnaires once the trial ends.
Clark County District Court Judge Jackie Glass had previously refused to release the questionnaires, saying she had promised prospective jurors that their answers would be "kept in confidence, under seal."
Glass' new position was disclosed in a response to an emergency motion filed by media organizations asking the Nevada Supreme Court to review the decision.
The Associated Press and Stephens Media LLC, owners of the Las Vegas Review-Journal, are seeking immediate access to the questionnaires completed by the jurors and alternates seated in the case.
