The economy has been the big issue in the presidential election so far -- but military issues are not far behind, especially the war in Iraq.
Instead of just trying to get the political angle, 13 News spoke with soldiers themselves, out at Fort Riley. The impression many gave was that they care about more than just military issues.
One soldier says the President represents the whole country, not just the military, and that the person who takes the oath of office needs to work for everybody.
Many troops said they have yet to decide who they are voting for in November.
