HUTCHINSON, Kan. (AP) _ A former Kansas high school teacher accused of molesting a foreign exchange student wants a judge to restrict computer evidence in the case.

Richard Young, through his attorney, has filed a motion asking that only evidence concerning Young's relationship with the student be allowed.

Prosecutors allege that Young accessed Web sites involving gay Asian teen sex just days before the student, a South Korean boy, arrived at the teacher's home. They say it shows intent and have asked that it be allowed at Young's trial set for October 7th.

Young is charged with three counts of indecent liberties with a child and one count of indecent solicitation of a child. He's accused of fondling the student within days of the boy's arrival last year to attend Buhler High School, where Young taught.
