Threat Empties Plane in Detroit; No Bomb Found

ROMULUS, Mich. (AP) - Authorities say no bomb was found after a threat forced nearly 100 passengers from a Northwest Airlines jet waiting for takeoff from Detroit.

Transportation Safety Administration spokesman Christopher White says dogs searched the plane and luggage after the threat Friday. No arrests have been made.

Northwest spokeswoman Michelle Aguayo Shannon says Flight 467 had rolled away from the gate at Detroit Metropolitan Airport before passengers and their bags were removed.

Shannon says passengers were re-screened.
