A fire did $15,000 damage to a Topeka home Friday afternoon.
Topeka Fire officials say it happend just after 2:45 pm at 413 Northeast Kellam.
Smoke was coming from the roof when crews arrived. They did a search of the premises and found no one was inside.
Fire officials say the blaze started in the living room. A cause isn't known.
