A set of Hot Wheels has been recovered. Topeka police featured a stolen dark blue 2000 Cadillac Deville. It was found Wednesday night in the 2300 block of southeast 37th through a tip about a suspicious vehicle.
It's the 29th vehicle to be recovered since the Hot Wheels program started nearly a year ago.
