It is Gary's Berries time again, and this year Gary is back with all the classics: the "corn maize," the pumpkin patch and a haunted house.
But you can expect some new surprises, too. The eight acre "corn maize" is in the shape of a pumpkin this year and there will be some new food vendors with treats like cider slushies.
All ages are welcome but the folks at Gary's Berries say this year's haunted house is for an older crowd. Whatever the age, Gary's Berries is a good way to hit the pumpkin patch while it is still warm.
"This is a unique opportunity that you don't have year round," Gary's Berries Promotions Manager, Niki Thiessen, said. "You get to try a lot of new things, it's not just going to your average movie, it's something where you're outside, you're having fun, right before it gets really cold and you have to be cooped up all winter."
Gary's Berries is open Wednesday and Thursday from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m, Friday from 4 p.m. unil 11 p.m. and Saturday from noon until 11 p.m.
