DA Hopefuls Debate During PAC's Candidate Night

Several members of the Fraternal Order of Police as well as the Friends of Police gathered to listen to the men who hope to win their support in the race for Shawnee County District Attorney.

The Order can endorse one or both of the candidates and Wednesday night they heard both Eric Rucker and Chad Taylor talk about how they would run the office if elected.

FOP members wrote questions that were asked to the candidates by 13's Melissa Brunner who moderated the debate. The candidates were asked about their goals for the office as well as how they would handle specific situations. You can hear their responses by clicking on the video link above.

This was the second time Rucker and Taylor have faced each other. They are set to debate again Thursday evening and two other events have been scheduled as well.
