ST. ROBERT, Mo. (AP) _ Police arrest a man who they say wore an
Army physical fitness uniform while robbing a St. Robert hotel and
bank in a seven-day span.

Thirty-four-year-old Christopher M. Dwyer was charged Tuesday with two counts of felony robbery. He was taken into custody by the Stone County Sheriff's Office Tuesday afternoon.

Police say that a hotel desk clerk identified the man in a surveillance photograph from Monday's bank robbery as the same person who robbed the city's Holiday Inn on Sept. 15.

Police say they he took $4,250 from the bank and forcibly took $125 from the hotel. His bond is set at $250,000 in each case.

St. Robert is just north of Fort Leonard Wood, one of the Army's largest installations, in south-central Missouri. Police would not say if Dwyer had any connection to the Army.
