A large amount of copper wire was stolen in Pottawatomie county over the weekend.
That according to KMAN radio in Manhattan.
They report the theft happened between 5 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Monday at Hill and Company in Manhattan.
The stolen wire was worth about $16,000.
The suspects reportedly climbed a fence and used a fork-lift to load the wire onto a pick-up truck.
