Washburn University unveiled its new logo Monday.
The word "Washburn" was added over the W, and the shape was changed slightly.
The logo change comes after the University of Wisconsin-Madison filed a lawsuit against Washburn for copyright infringement.
UW complained the former logo looked too similar to the Badgers' "W", only blue instead of red.
The schools reached a settlement earlier this month.
The schools agreed Washburn can keep the letter but must make certain tweaks, including changing its shape.
