Riley County Attorney Barry Wilkerson also requested 11 additional counts of criminal sodomy based on evidence presented during Hinchsliff's preliminary hearing.
The charges stem from alleged incidents that began when the victim was 11-years old.
Arraignment is set for September 29th. A trial date could also be set at that time.
