The owner of a Topeka gymnastic dance and cheerleading business had his preliminary hearing set Thursday.
48-year-old David Byrd will have his hearing the November 14.
He is charged in connection with an alleged sexual assault of a teenager.
The girl reported she was assaulted by a man she knew at a business in the 3500 block of 21st in August.
