The preliminary hearing has been set for the mother of an 11-year-old girl killed in a car wreck in May.
31-year old Michelle Dodds will be back in court the 24th of November.
She is charged with involuntary manslaughter while driving drunk and driving at an unsafe speed for conditions.
Dodd's daughter, 11-year old Cheyenne Morrissey was killed when the car Dodds was driving lost control going over railroad tracks on North Lyman road.
The car flipped several times and hit the side of a house.
