A couple Topeka gas stations Thursday had some lower than average gas prices. The two stations have regular unleaded gas going for less than $3.50 a gallon.
The Kelly's at 10th and Wanamaker is showing prices at $3.29 a gallon
while the BP at 10th and Wanamaker is going for $3.27.
