"Dog Stock" Promoter Faces Fewer Charges

The promoter for Osage County's "Dog Stock" concert will stand trial on bad check charges but fewer of them. Randall Long, 52, had been facing 18 felony bad check charges, but County Attorney Brandon Jones told 13 News only nine of the alleged victims showed up for Long’s preliminary hearing Wednesday.

Jones says Long was bound over on nine felony charges. He's being arraigned October 14. The charges relate to checks written to festival vendors. Dogstock is a week long camping and concert event, with the proceeds going to a dog rescue foundation.
