Missing Girl Found Safe and Unharmed
Topeka Police say they found the missing 16-year-old, Channing Allen, safe and unharmed in the the 200 block of NE Wilson at about 6:00 p.m.
She went missing at about 3:00 a.m. Monday after a disturbance in the 500 block of SE Swygart. By the time police arrived on scene she was already gone.
