Topeka, KS— September 13, 2008—The Advance Auto Parts World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series event originally scheduled for today, Saturday, September 13 at Heartland Park Topeka in Kansas has been postponed by rain. It has been rescheduled for Saturday, October 25.
In four A-Feature events at the track dating back to 1999, there has been four different drivers score victories. The only repeat winner has been two-time defending series champion Donny Schatz, who won the inaugural event on the permanent 3/8-mile in 2001 and was victorious last season in the series return to the always racy track.
The Advance Auto Parts World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series returns to action on Sunday, September 14 with their inaugural visit to Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, Missouri.
