The trial date has been set for 23-year-old James Qualls. He is the man charged in a fatal shooting at a Topeka Bar.
His trial date is November 10th. Judge Jan Luenberger will preside over the trial.
Joseph Beier Jr. was shot and killed July 16th at the Whiplash Bar at 21st and California.
Qualls turned himself in to authorities July 31st. He is charged with 2nd degree murder.
