Hearing Continues in Multiple Rape Case

MANHATTAN, Kan. - A decision on whether a man facing 68 counts of rape will stand trial will wait.

The Manhattan Mercury reports a preliminary hearing began Thursday for Ben Hinchsliff.

The 18-year old victim - who was 11 when the alleged incidents began - testified.

The hearing will continue September 23rd.
