Topeka Man Sentenced on Drug Charges

A Topeka man is sentenced to more than 21 years in prison for selling methamphetamines.

36-year-old Indelfonso Vazquez-Martinez pleaded guilty in April to five counts of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.

He admitted to selling the drug in amounts ranging from 26 to 56 grams.

Prosecutors say he was part of a trafficking conspiracy that sold the drug out of a storage unit at 1850 SW 41st St. in Topeka.

Co-defendant Noel DeJesus-Vasquez is set for sentencing September 22nd.

He pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
