Dozens of upset City of Topeka workers paraded outside City Hall Tuesday, they're also taking their fight to court.
Some of the city employees who are members of the Kansas Association of Public Employees protested before Tuesday night's City Council Meeting.
They're suing to force the city back to the bargaining table for their step pay increases.
KAPE Union Chief Lisa Ochs expressed frustration with the talks, which have been going on since April.
The City of Topeka did offer the kape-covered city workers a new contract, but Ochs says the contract had been re-written with terms they couldn't agree to.
