13 News has learned additional charges have been filed against an off duty topeka police officer in connection with a shooting incident last March.

Jason Judd had been charged with two counts of intentional aggravated battery in the shootings of brothers Daniel and Devin Llamas at a SW Topeka home.

A 13 News examination of Shawnee County District Court records Tuesday indicates prosecutors have now added one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count of criminal trespass.

Judd and 3 other TPD officers were off duty at a party, when someone fired shots at the Llamas brothers.

Judd has a motions hearing before Judge Nancy Parrish on September 16.
