HUTCHINSON - Kansas Senator Pat Roberts and former Congressman Jim Slattery meet face to face for the first time tomorrow in their fall campaign for the U.S. Senate.
Slattery and Roberts will debate at the Kansas State Fairgrounds AT&T Arena Saturday morning at 11:00. The one-hour squareoff in Hutchinson will be carried live by WIBW Radio. It'll also be streamed live on wibw.com and beamed over to Kansas Now 22 on cable. 13's Ralph Hipp and WIBW Radio's Jan Lunsford are the local reporters on the media panel.
Agriculture and economic issues are sure to be covered in about four rounds of questioning.
