The Linn County Sheriff's Office is still considering whether to pursue charges in a fatal shooting.
They say deputies found 52-year-old Robert Wottlin dead of a gunshot wound Monday afternoon in Centerville.
A juvenile is in custody, but charges are pending.
The KBI will be assisting in the investigation.
