Kansas Sen. Sam Brownback abandoned his own Presidential bid and became one of Sen. John McCain's strongest supporters.

Now, Brownback's name is floating around as a possible McCain cabinet member.

Multiple media outlets say Brownback could be named Attorney General if McCain is elected President.

Brownback has said he will not seek a senate seat in 2010. It has been said he'd be a likely candidate for Kansas governor that year.

Brownback has been an attorney and graduated from the University of Kansas Law School.
