Ramona Morgan, 49, will stand trial after a motion by her attorneys to dismiss the case was denied today in Douglas County District Court.
Morgan is charged in the hit-and-run deaths of two highway construction workers last September.
Her attorneys claimed her being tried in Douglas County constituted "Double Jeopardy" because she was tried on similar charges in Osage County.
She will be up for trial September 2nd in Douglas Co. District Court.
