(Topeka, KS) - The Topeka Police officer charged in an off-duty shooting will be able to have contact with witnesses after all.

Judd is charged with two counts of aggravated battery in connection with a shooting March 18th.
Brothers Daniel and Devin Llamas were critically injured after someone fired shots at a party they were at in Topeka.
Judd and three other off-duty officers were also there, Judd is the only officer charged right now.
