TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A jury trial is set for a Topeka man charged in a 2012 homicide.
Jermaine Brown is scheduled to be in court next on October 20.
He's charged with first degree murder, criminal solicitation and conspiracy to commit first degree murder in the September 2012 death of Terri Sims.
Sims was killed when someone fired multiple gunshots into a residence at 714 SW Taylor.
Brown is being held on a $1 million bond.
