A couple of days ago we showed you the new shocking new PSAs warning people of the dangers of texting and driving, but sometimes it takes a real world incident to drive the point home.
Check out this reportedly distracted driver who almost took out a police officer walking back to his car following a traffic stop.
The driver traveling in the same lane as the traffic stop, but since she was on her phone, she didn't see the police car -- until it was too late.
The cars were totaled and police said the distract driver and the person who was pulled over both suffered minor injuries.
