LAWRENCE, Kan (WIBW)-- Andrew Wiggins announced, Monday afternoon, that he will forgo his remaining eligibility at Kansas to enter the NBA. Projected as a top 3 pick, Wiggins is slated to make between 10 and 12-million dollars for his first three years, according to the NBA salary slotting system.

The Big 12 Freshman of the Year averaged 17.1 points and 5.9 rebounds a game. On March 26th, he was named National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) All-America 2nd Team.
Wiggins was named an AP All American 2nd team selection on Monday.
Fellow freshman, Joel Embiid, has not yet come to a decision on whether or not he will remain at Kansas for a second season.
