A jury will start deciding Thursday whether a Lawrence store's shirts violate the University of Kansas trademark.
Attorneys delivered closing arguments Wednesday in KU's federal lawsuit against joecollege.com owner Larry Sinks.
KU says it's protecting its right to license and manage the university's image. Sinks says KU is attacking his first amendment rights and his right to use the state's name.
Jurors will begin deliberations at 8:30 Wednesday morning at the federal courthouse in Topeka.
