Heavy Rains Flood McFarland

MCFARLAND, Kan. - The city of McFarland - right in between Alma and Paxico - saw about six inches of rain in an hour-and-a-half's time.
All that water had nowhere to go but up, leaving residents with flooding problems while they're still recovering from storms earlier this year.
