CrimeStoppers Searching For Tipster In Quad Killings | 1st Services Set

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- The Topeka Police Dept. wants to track down an anonymous tipster who left information about the recent quadruple homicide in Topeka on the Crime Stoppers website.

They want anyone who left a tip on the killings to use their confidential number to check the website and see if there is a message from Crime Stoppers.

Any information related to the homicides could lead to reward of up to $8,000 reward. Anyone who knows something is asked to call 785-234-0007 or submit a tip online at You can also text a top to 274637 (CRIMES), then type "Top Tip" at the start of the message.

Services for two of the victims in the December 1 quadruple homicides were held Thursday morning.

The first funeral service for Carla and Eric Avery were held this morning at Mount Caramel Baptist Church in Topeka.

The second service is 1:00p.m. Friday at mount olive baptist church in Kansas City.

Services for the third victim, Marvin Woods are scheduled for Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at Lawrence Jones Mortuary in Kansas City, MO.

Services for a fourth victim, Tamesha Lee are not been scheduled yet.

It's been nearly two weeks since Tamesha Lee, Eric Avery and Marvin Woods were found dead inside a home at 1629 SW Central Park Avenue.

Carla Avery was found shot several blocks away near a shopping center and later died from her injury.
