LAWRENCE, Kan. (AP) _ Police say Jones and 18-year-old Gage Hauk of McLouth went to a Lawrence home early Saturday to rob the occupant, 20-year-old Roland Klundt. Police believe Klundt shot Hauk, and that Jones then shot Klundt.

The law allows someone to be charged with murder in the
commission of a felony even if the murder wasn't committed by their
hand.

Sgt. Paul Fellers said Klundt was acquainted with Hauk and
Jones.

Jones is scheduled to make his first court appearance Tuesday
afternoon in Douglas County District Court. Jones was charged as a
juvenile late Monday, but prosecutors can file a motion later to
have him charged as an adult.
