Shawnee County Sheriffs continue to investigate a car accident that killed a young man Saturday night.

Shawnee County Sheriffs say a 20-year-old from Silver Lake went off the roadway just after 11PM at the 4100 block of Northwest Hoch road causing his vehicle to roll.

Sheriffs say it does not appear the young man was wearing a seatbelt; he was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.

It is unclear if speed or alcohol were factors in the crash that continues to be investigated.

The name of the man is expected to be released in the morning.
