TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- Police are looking for about six people they say were part of a robbery to a teenager walking home Sunday night.
The 19-year-old victim told officers he was approached by three black males and three white females in the 3600 block of SW 31st about 9:45p.m. He said they came from two vehicles parked at Bishop Elementary School.
The man told police the suspects took his pants, keys and glasses, then pointed a handgun at him and told him to leave.
Police say some of the six were telling the suspect to give the man back his things. They describe the most active suspect as a black male, 6'2" tall with dreadlocks.
When the suspects attempted to leave, police say one of the vehicles wouldn't start. They say the victim ran from the area. Police located keys and pants in the area where the victim said the robbery occurred.
