A Texas truck driver died in a fiery crash in Marshall County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol says it happened just before 11 am Thursday on Highway 77, about ten miles north of Highway 36 near Marysville.

KHP says 67-year old George Stagner's tractor trailer rig veered off the road, hit a driveway culvert and burst into flames. He died at the scene.
