Wittig and Lake
The second trial of former Westar executives David Wittig and Douglas Lake continued Tuesday.

The two are charged with 40 counts of looting the company of millions of dollars.
Tuesday, David Lake continued his testimony. He took the stand Monday. David Wittig rested his case Monday, but did not take the stand. Tuesday marked the 7th week of the trial.
The first trial ended in a mistrial.
