The jury in the fraud trial of two former Westar Energy bosses is taking a break until next Wednesday.
The panel completed a fifth full day of deliberations Thursday
afternoon.
Jurors are deliberating on 40 counts of conspiracy,money-laundering and other charges against former CEO David Wittig and former vice president Douglas Lake.
