LEAVENWORTH, Kan. (AP) _ Authorities say a substitute teacher is accused of having unlawful sexual relations with high school students in Leavenworth.

Mohamed Dirshe was charged with three counts of unlawful sexual relations and three counts of furnishing alcohol to a minor for illicit purposes, all felonies. The 26-year-old is due in court Friday.

Police say Dirshe was taken into custody March 17th after a warrant was issued for his arrest. Dirshe is accused of inviting two 16-year-old male students to his home, giving them alcohol and having illegal sexual relations with them while they were under the influence.

Police say one of the incidents involved a student from Immaculata High School; the other two incidents involved a Leavenworth High School student.
