OLATHE, Kan. (AP) _ Lawyers for the man accused of killing 18-year-old Kelsey Smith say the Johnson County District Attorney's office is withholding evidence that could help their client.

The documents were intended to be viewed only by legal parties in the case _ but were inadvertently put on the court's Web site on Friday. They were taken down yesterday.

Edwin Hall's accused of abducting Smith on June 2nd from a Target parking lot in Overland Park. Her body was found four days later about 20 miles away in Missouri.

The Kansas City Star reports that Hall lawyer, Paul Cramm, wants access to FBI documents about another man that a police employee identified as a possible suspect.

The new motion also says there's surveillance video that shows Hall at a nearby mall after Smith disappeared.

Kline's office isn't commenting.
