Governor Sebelius won't be the only Kansan in the national spotlight Monday.
Greensburg City Manager Steve Hewitt is expected to be introduced during President Bush's State of the Union Address.
Hewitt will be seated next to First Lady Laura Bush and will be praised for his efforts to rebuild the tornado-devastated city.
Sebelius is delivering the Democrats' message live from Cedar Crest after the State of the Union.
