Cameras were not allowed in the courtroom, and it wasn't until the last minute that it was decided 24-year-old Christopher Hall would actually be there in person.

He showed no emotion as his attorney requested a psychological evaluation for Hall, the evaluation was granted.

In addition to murder of Nacole Winter, Hall is charged with desecration of a body and aggravated indecent liberties with a child.

The 15-year old's body was found last December near Lake Shawnee.

Hall's next hearing is set for December 5th at 9 a.m.
