A Topeka writer is back in the capital city to promote his newest comic book.

Alex Grecian signed copies of his books free for fans Wednesday night at Gatekeeper Hobbies, Gage Center Dr. Ste 100.

Alex's newest book series kicked off Wednesday. It's about creatures called "Cryptids," which are things science can't prove exist, like Big Foot.

Alex says he started out drawing comics, but decided he's better at writing them.

His comic series is titled "Proof" it's part action adventure and part myth with a humorous side.
