$10,000 Reward For September Homicide

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- The family of a Topeka man shot and killed in his house last Fall teamed with CrimeStoppers to offer $10,000 to anyone who provides information leading to the arrest of the person(s) involved in the homicide. They announced the reward on Tuesday.

Twenty-nine year-old Juan Solis was in his home, 447 NE Arter Ave., last September when three man wearing masks reportedly came in and shot him, according to police. The shooting happened around 6:00 a.m., Solis was pronounced dead a short time later.

One other adult and four children were in the home at the time of the invasion. They were not injured.
