Cutting Sends Man To Hospital

Topeka Police officers responded just after 5 pm to the 200 block of SE 13th St. They found 50-year-old Daniel Hutchinson in his truck, with a knife wound.

Woman Who Kidnapped Baby in 1987, Gets 12 Years in Prison

The 19-day old infant disappeared from a Manhattan hospital in 1987. Prosecutors say Carlina White was taken by this suspect, who raised the child under a different name. The victim became suspicious as an adult, and DNA tests established her true identity.
