Posted: 07/10/2008 - A Johnson County judge say evidence presented is enough to justify a capital murder indictment of Edwin Hall. Hall's attorneys wanted the case thrown out. Hall is accused of kidnapping and killing 18-year old Kelsey Smith in Overland Park last year.
Posted: 07/09/2008 - Riley County Court records show 39-year old Ben Hinchsliff is charged with 68 counts of rape of a single victim, who was 10 years old when the alleged offenses began in 1999. They continues through 2005. Hinchsliff has a hearing set for July 15th.
